About El Sauzal Orphanage

Lined up for prayer at lunch time
The El Sauzal Orphanage is a family-run Christian home for children in Baja, Mexico. Located about an hour south of San Diego, this ‘Hogar para Ninos Necessitados’ (Home for Needy Children) has been in operation for 39 years.
The Orphanage cares for children from infancy and up. There is a nursery for the infants and toddlers, and boys’ and girls’ dorms. Love and education are very important. Visit the El Sauzal website for more information.

Hi
My husband and I are organising a trip to Mexico for 62 people in January 2007 to build houses in Tijuana through Amor Ministries. After the building, we will spend 3 days in Rosarito and we were looking at your website and wondered whether it would be possible for some of our group to come and visit the orphanage and maybe spend some time with the children or helping in some way. Would this be possible and what would you suggest? I look forward to hearing from you.

Hello! We would be delighted if you had a chance to visit our orphanage. To check dates and for other questions, please contact Roy.Ketring@elsauzal.org. He is the Orphanage’s U.S. contact, and can help you with the details of your visit. Thanks!
